CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE -
•must have five years of previous mechanical experience
•must have basic understanding of electrical circuits and control panels used with Ecopax
•must have a working understanding of extruders and thermoformers (training will be provided)
•must have at least 2 years of previous experience with basic hand tools
•must be able to climb ladders/scaffolding occasionally
•must be able to work in an environment of 90 to 105 degrees during summer time
•good work history is required
•must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
•able to use dial calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring tools
SPECIFIC DUTIES -
Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; follows diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
