General Purpose of Job
The Call Center Representative will increase sales for the company primarily through inbound phone calls. You will assist customers with their purchases, answer product questions, build order size, assist with special orders and entire home remodels. Specialists will be able to produce professional quotes, business communication and be masters at follow through, closing techniques and organization. You will be responsible to follow up on product questions from customers via emails and Live Chat on our website.
You will also handle all Post Sales issues and questions for customers received through inbound calls and emails. Types of calls include shipment tracking, product questions, and installation questions. Reporting mis-shipments, damages, shortages etc., and doing so in a timely manner.
You must have strong computer skills and excellent web navigating ability. The Call Center Representative must be able to exercise multi-tasking abilities and operate in a fast-paced environment that endorses constant change. Responsible to work independently to manage sales activity and possess the professionalism and ability to effectively interact with customers, support departments, and upper management.
Must be flexible to the below hours:
• Monday – Saturday (40 hour week)
o Monday – Thursday Open 9am – 8pm
o Friday 9am – 6:00pm
o Saturday 9am – 5:30pm
o If scheduled to work on a Saturday, will be off a day during the week
This position is temp to hire. After permanent hire:

Education and/or Experience
Ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of sales/customer service experience. The ability to work independently, highly organized, superior communication skills, drive to produce revenue and earn bonus!
