Customer Communication & Reports**
•Phone support for AM/PM and clients for project communication.
•Assists in creating and maintain reports and client communications that are specific to client needs. May include, but not limited to:
•Client reports for all process leading up to sales order (i.e. Client project status reports/weekly program status reports)
•Client inventory reports * Support with Maintenance Orders and Logistics requests, provide client-specific labels, report shipment tracking, gather details for dock appointments.
•Participate in phone calls to establish receipt of goods or preparedness for goods for client store locations.
Assists in maintaining customer master records (i.e. Quotes, Sales Orders, Inventory Reports, client PO’s, etc.)
•Quote Process/Drawing and Quoting Preparation
•Support AM/PM with internal quote and sourcing process for projects. Provide history of costs from past buys.
•Gather past quote and purchase price information to support new quote packages.
•Assist with plan take offs to support quote.
•Support Project with Sales order entry, Stock Order management, Quote entry, Department/Service Requests in EPICOR and typical project management forms as directed.
•Maintain customer reports with directive and input from AM/PM (including Inventory Reports, Program Status Reports, Spreadsheets, etc.).
•Create sample labels, client shipping labels and transmittals.
•Maintain sales order accuracy with input from the AM and PM.
•Meetings & Presentations*
•Assist AM/PM to prepare meeting material for project status meetings, Project Path Review (PPR), Project Execution Review (PER) meetings, as needed.**
•Attend and notate meeting, as needed.**
•Assist AM/PM to prepare customer presentation materials related to projects to “support the sale” (i.e. fixture books).**
•Support AM and PM to manage project costs, Contribution Margin, change order management, etc.*
•Experience in data management/data entry
•Retail/Fixture knowledge a plus
•The Project Coordinator position requires at least 1 year of administrative experience.
•Strong Customer Service skills
•Proficient skills in MS Office Products
•Ability to independently perform a variety of tasks while effectively communicating progress to leadership
•Ability to recognize and work to remove obstacles that would affect end goal
