Job Title/Duties: Receptionist/Administrative This person will be answering phones, faxing, typing new contracts, billing and other misc. office duties as needed. Processing mail typing contracts, A/R, etc..(but not limited to) handling a petty cash fund, processing daily bank deposits, preparing invoices, wavers, building permits, certificates of insurance, collection of overdue accounts, maintain stock of general supplies and all other duties deemed necessary.
Very good overall computer skills including Word & Excel, QuickBooks is a plus but not necessary. Strong verbal and written skills and good interpersonal skills. Must be organized and have good attention to detail
